I’m looking forward to working with NACHI again. I had a great time in Orlando and hope to be working at some NACHI Chapter Technical Seminars soon. Though most of my sessions and published articles are plumbing related, I can draw from a good number of HVAC and boiler sessions too. Nick if you get backed up and are unable to attend a meeting somewhere, my session on working with the real estate community is getting some attention. Like you I worked in real estate in a past life.

To clarify that just a bit-
Yes, NACHI does send me out as a speaker, but not if the chapter already has either a NACHI or Pro-Lab speaker or workshop scheduled.
In addition, priority is given to those chapters who are remote, struggling to gain or retain members, or just starting out (in other words, it’s not likely I’ll ever be sent to Florida!)
