Time does fly. I remember us 3 amigos at the Nachi show in So Cal and some of those early phone conversations we had. I remember telling you what a great advantage you had with your background and just needed to keep at it. So glad you did and very happy for your success. Here is to another 10 years! ---

But it does seem he got out of home inspections to focus on 203K projects and as since shut down all his businesses. We used to talk on the phone here and there. ---
