I would agree with that. HI’s can inform their clients of availability of expansion or lack there of due to spacial limitations. But sizing is determined at construction so treading lightly on making sizing statements is probably wise. Unless something is blatantly obvious of course…but that’s your call as that’s why HI’s get the big bucks:)
