1967 QO main breaker...200-amps?

I haven’t seen this set-up before today…1967 Square-D QO loadcenter (service equipment).

I think what I have is 2 100amp two-pole breakers feeding the bus bar giving me 200amps. I had 3/0 CU SECs (not pictured) to the main lugs and a 200amp panel. I've seen plenty of quad-breakers before but they have always been labeled 200-amps (or whatever). I'm about 95% confident I have a 200 amp overall service rating...but would like that 5% removed.

Looks like they used to label each side 100A and now they just put 200A on the whole breaker. Looks like 200A to me.
