Until today all my home inspections have come from realtors, service magic, and one referral. Today I booked my first home inspection from someone who called after finding my site online. She was the second person who found my site online but I couldn’t close the first. I need to work on my phone skills but I am happy my website is finally bringing in business. Thanks to everyone who helped get my website ranked.

HAHAHA Freedom is exactly how I think of it. I hate relying on realtors. I will probably always market to them but I will be able to pick and choose which ones I want to work with. There are some I enjoy working with…mostly the ones that are good to look at during the inspection 😉

Go give some talks in public and get over the jitters.
