I recently had a FLIR instrument malfunction, called FLIR, she gave me her email address and told me to send her my shipping address. A week later I received a new instrument via UPS, no questions asked, no proof of purchase or date required, and she told me to keep the old one and all of its accessories, no need to send anything back to them. I said “Holy cow that’s incredible service, I bet you hear that a lot!”, and she said “Yeah, I do actually”.
It was a $350 megohmmeter.


Well, they gotta clear their warehouse of New Old Stock somehow. :razz:
