My pleasure, Randall. I realize there are not many regulars on the message board.I’d say less than 50, if that. But when an InterNACHI members birthday appears on the message board, I try to my best and say Happy Birthday to that member. Your birthday in particularly struck me. 20 years. Two decades. Twenty years in the home inspection industry, I feel, shows that individual is in there for the long haul and I wish you only the best with your home inspection endeavors.
