Foreclosure inspection company or scam?

Question, Does anyone know anything about this company? They have the NACHI Banner on their web site, offering opportunities for doing foreclosure walk thru’s. Is this something NACHI has review and is supporting? www.foreclosurebankinspector.com Please advise.

Stay away and save your money.

Wow! Have you read their little testimonials about the BBB?
http://www.foreclosurebankinspector.com/bbb.html

I ran a check from the BBB WEB site and according to the BBB they have processed no complaints on the company in the last three years. So how did they happen to supposedly receive the complaint letters from the BBB?

Thanks.

Hi Luis,
They sound like they are selling “Inspections kits / background checks”.

I would give them a “pass”.

Has everyone forgotten the scores of posts on this company from just a few months ago?:

I wasted my money 18 months ago. Stay clear.

Mike,

I have not forgotten. I’m just trying to tone down my posts so I don’t get threatened with another lawsuit!:mrgreen:

I went and visited his WEB site for the first time since my last post and he has made some changes. It really is hilarious that he is proud to state that he is now registered with the BBB and state AG’s. Have you read the little testimonials/letters for how he was registered?? I’ve seen a lot in the past but to advertise using complaint letters??:roll:

ForeclosureBankInspectorSCAM.com is now up.
Please snd all compaints to be posted on the site to ForeclosureBankInspectorSCAM@Yahoo.Com

apparently the banner on his website is questioning whether NACHI is a scam or not… vs. any endorsement either way…

Here are 2 other fake companies he owns

Rip-Off Report

I didn’t know you had to have a background check to sell watches.

Shut up and pay the former NBA player $89 for a background check, then $200 for insurance, $39-50 to mail letters a week, parking fees to visit the courthouse on a weekly basis …

There is a logo. but it was the NACHI name I responded to. That logo’s off too. It doesn’t look like any other official NACI logo I"ve ever seen and it’s not linked to NACHI or anything else for that matter, and for an inspection company or what ever they’re selling the site is oddly layed out, as if for a single pupose. One other thing, as of sunday may 22, Monster has pulled the that add. It’s got scamm all over it. So I’d stay clear of www.foreclosurebankinspector.com](http://www.foreclosurebankinspector.com/) for sure.

Thanks all for confirmation on, This too good to be true deal.

All the rules have changed in the last couple of months. Lending banks are now being held accountable for the trap they set, borrowing money they didn’t themselves have, while using loose and illegal practices in the process. The massive lawsuit against Wells Fargo / Wachovia, Indymac / OneWest bank, Citibank, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, GMAC…can actually, not only put a stop to your foreclosure, but also pause your house payments with no loss to you…

I have contracted with 24hrCorporation. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! They will take your contract before they have inspectors available in your area and then attempt to fulfill your order after the fact. They are a “management only” firm and Sub-contract all their inspections at below minimum wage levels. As such they cannot produce any kind of competent consistent service.
