250 years ago this weekend the “shot heard around the world” happened at Lexington. Marking an escalation in the beginning of the birth of America.
God bless America!
Pretty cool re-enactment at the start of this show…
I am always grateful to the U.S. and UN forces who defended freedom and democracy during the Korean War. I also support America’s current efforts to rediscover its identity. I hope that South Korea and the U.S. will continue to be strong allies.
Do they have a jab for TDS? Perhaps a lock-down protocol? A vaccine passport? Can they not be “in this together” at home, via zoom? I would really like to enjoy this day without inconsiderate, unvaccinated TDS carriers mucking everything up.
I really enjoyed watching it, and found it very interesting. I participated in the ROK-U.S. combined exercise in 2005, when I was a senior sergeant nearing the end of my mandatory military service in Korea. (South Korea has a conscription system, so all men go to the military in their early twenties.) I’m grateful to the U.S. forces for being stationed here to protect Korea’s freedom and prevent communism, and I hope that South Korea and the United States continue to be strong allies.
