3-phase service rating?

Robert, is it possible for that set-up to be 277/480 where they would have the 277 lighting panels and the 208 distribution panel.
The set-up just looks familiar from my building career.

Robert, thanks for that nugget of information. I’ll keep that for further inspections. Thanks!

It is definitely a 3 phase service.

LUCKY YOU WITH A LOCKED PANEL - BUMP IT OFF AND KEEP MOVING …

Courtesy view of electric panel.

Access to the main panel was obstructed due it being padlocked shut. NO inspection of the panel OR the wiring, circuits or other components inside the panel was performed by this company. Nothing is known of the absence or presence of any defects NOR the condition of the components present in the panel NOR the size of the service, etc. Once the seller has made the panel accessible, have a licensed electrical contractor evaluate the panel, wiring, components, etc. Repair if needed.

It is possible but from what’s visible in the photo it probably unlikely since there is no step-down transformer. The fact that the panel shown is 1Ø I would guess that the service is a 3Ø, 4Wire, Delta with a high leg.
