Why on earth would anyone give Juan grief over this…things happen…it was addressed in short order and i contacted Juan …he is free to use all of my material as its NACHI that i created the course for years ago…I would say those upset about it are just looking for a fight…Juan was just looking to create a new chapter that i abandoned years ago…i wanted to show support (not as any GURU) but as a supporter and i would have done it for free…but as i told Juan i can’t do it…but he can use my material if they choose to …i wanted to attend on my OWN time…but i am not even allowed to do that…it appears i am not allowed to do anything.
Well than… never mind! 
Also…many people use my content and publications on a daily basis and list me as the person presenting…but it could be me on an old video publication…i can’t control that either. They are free to do so as most of it was produced for INACHI members to use.
I can’t imagine there were too many signed up for this event as it was just posted a few days ago. You all want to yell at someone…yell at me.
We are trying to find another speaker but may postpone the event in order to garner enough interest for the basically new event.
We are considering the topics on SEO, slate roofs, plumbing and electrical inspections but have nothing confirmed.
I considered that, but members can do that for free from their homes, I didn’t think it would garner enough interest.

Do not join ASHI…i support NACHI as the premier HI Association. In defense of your kickoff event…chances are you could do ALOT better than me fella…Things like this happen all the time in the speaking business as events get cancelled for lack of sales, speaker sickness, Scheduling conflicts and so on. In my case miscommunication.
At least YOU are trying to build up a chapter in Virginia when no one else will…hell i even abandoned it years ago…you should be applauded for your efforts…there will always be NEGATIVE people who thrive on others problems…i have rid myself of those people and take it day by day.
