Had a first yesterday, a 4 point ordered, the house had no HVAC system, nothing. Well there was a little electric plug in heater on the floor about 8" square face. HA ! do I write that in the report ???
Portable electric heater and none for A/C
Thanks John, actually I did forget the “portable” check box on the Citizens form, I just never had one before. Would all spot heaters be considered portable no matter what the size?? Or CYA and include all ?
Likely, just make sure you have a picture and they can call it whatever they want.
