Thank Heavens for NICK

Can you imagine those few who run all over this board with their constant complaining being in charge .
It looks like they have a bad home life and come here to find fault on many sensible posters .
I wonder are they sick ?jealous? or upset with not getting many home Inspections.
It seems obvious they are not busy doing inspection as they spend a lot of time ridiculing many who are trying to help this industry.
Unfortunately many great homies are posting less from some of the silly stupid attacks.
What a poor useless life some seem to lead .
Please have pity for these few .

We do Roy, most of us understand that you are beyond “your serviceable life expectancy” and won’t be with us much longer. It is sad, sad that you returned after all of this.

Sorry to disappoint you .
My ancestors most have all lived well into their nineties.
I am in Canada where we have a great health system that allows most to lead a great long happy healthy life.
I expect I am more active and in better shape then you are .
You might want to see who is loved more by the NACHI members ,
You seem to suffer big time with the lack of friends ( all 3 of them )

That’s funny… and sad. Are these folks truly your friends? How many of your friends have you met face to face? I have many friends on Facebook, is that the same???

For you information I also have a life membership in NACHI and soon will get my 10 year pin .
Hope you stay live enough to get a 5 year pin

Like I said, that’s sad. Gotta go. Have fun.

I have been too three NACHI conferences and many many chapter meetings met many great homies and most of the NACHI staff.
I never saw any of the few who constantly complain on this forum .
Strange I guess they like you do not get many NACHI functions .
I expect I might have had more NACHI members to my home then you have met.

Roy,

I have noticed that also. If you tell them how busy you are and what you are doing to stay busy you are a lier. Many want everything handed to them. Some expect you to take your time to answer questions for you and expect that you will do it for all at their demand. I know several inspectors whom just stay away from the message board now. I have no idea how Nick and all of the wonderful staff do it.

???

Very well put.

My advice is to just consider the source.

Thanks Michael much appreciated ,This is one of your better posts .

Don’t flatter me old man.

Your time is almost up.

I do not travel as much as I used to to NACHI events…
I still remember one of our first Chapter Meetings in Fort Lauderdale, FL (Harvey Gordon’s Chapter) that I flew down to attend.
I think we signed 50 New Members at that meeting alone…

Gee Mike I think you need to clean you magic crystal ball it seems to be failing you a lot lately .
You used to do so well with some of your forcasts .

I do not have to flatter you ,you do a good job of telling all how great you are all by your self.

I don’t need a crystal ball to know all I need to know about you.

Go read Linus links they tell the the story of the real Roy Cooke.

Me too Joe had lots of fun . At the Toronto Conference they Had a dinner , I think John Bowman was the MC and Paul Hinsperger help to make the arrangements for Will Decker, Russell Ray and Myself .
We where the trophy winners that year .
We three had a pleasant surprise that was fantastic .
Nick Said the Toronto Conference at that time was for sure the best .
I had attended many OAHI/CAHPI conferences and they where not nearly as good or as well attended .
I am sure there are a bunch of photos on this forum Will look and see if I can find them .
