Hi to all,
Just wanted to wish Richard "Buzz" French of Final Inspections Pomona CA well.
Richard is a true gentleman and is now retiring after over 20 years as a home inspector. His son Richard jr is taking over the business and has already joined NACHI.
I hope Richard senior sticks around with us for a while as I for one appreciate his wit and wisdom.
I know we would all also like to welcome Richard jr to the club.

Nice idea, it would be good to keep experienced members active within NACHI even if they have stopped inspecting, we can all learn from them.
