aav--exactly straight up and down?

I understand that an AAV (Studer) must be installed verticlaly, but how far off from vertical can it be? I have one that leans about 10-15 degrees from vertical. Seems to work just fine. Is this really a concern, or am I just getting carried away?

Air admittance valve…the technical name is “flapper”.:smiley:
