How can the client make a decision if the defect “shouldn’t be called out” by the inspector? How will the client know of the defect?

The homebuyer was in the profession of HVAC?

Does it seem strange to you that your clientele would have already “looked over” a lot of stuff and made some predetermined decisions before you arrive? Seems dumb not to at least have some due diligence (albeit, EXTREME case of it in this example) in what is probably most people’s largest expense.

I don’t think it’s odd at all that someone with enough intelligence could gawk at an HVAC label, remember something, look at the electrical panel later and go, huh, 30AMP… didn’t that label say minimum 35? Wait, 16 year old system? Nah, nothing to worry about there.
