Access to crawl space

I am inspecting a house that was newly rehabbed. When the rehab was completed they did not leave any access to the crawl space. Do I just write it up that there is no access and can’t be inspected or do I recommend that the sellers install a crawl space access door or both?
Thanks

No crawl space access was available at the time of the inspection. The condition of the crawl space and any systems and or components within is unknown. All crawl spaces should have access for periodic inspection and any necessary maintenance. Recommend access is made available for inspection and have the entire crawl space inspected by a qualified person prior to closing. Consult with your attorney as to seller’s responsibility.
