Access your agreement

I am using the InterNACHI Online Agreements system and a few clients have had issues getting to the Email verification portion. The screen below does not come up at all. Words just flash saying you need to verify your email. This is not only frustrating on the clients end but makes me look bad and creates more work on my end. I did not have any trouble with the previous version.

I like the system, but there seems to be a glitch.

Has anyone experienced this and if you have, how are you navigating the issue.

Thank you!

Yes, the new agreement system is a giant POS, and the email verification step is one of the wrinkles.

Thank you! Much appreciated!

It took a couple of minutes to get used to the new format, but so far I haven’t had any issues with it.

Yes I’m having the same problem getting signatures. I have to resend it two or three times, didn’t have to do that with the previous version. Weird thing I’ll look at the email history and it’ll show it has been opened 6, 7, 8 times, but for some reason not signed. Definitely a glitch somewhere. And no one responds to my questioning why this is happening.

Here’s a recent example.

And no one ever came here to mention anything about this bizarre “upgrade” to system that previously worked well for most of us, FWIW.

So I not have heard anything from the tech guys regarding this, but I have had limited success with going to Access your inspection agreement - InterNACHI® and entering in the clients email address and hitting continue. See below.

The same screen pops up that says “Email Verification” at least once, but but I am hoping at least my clients don’t have to do it.

Not sure why this step was added. My only guess is there was rampant unauthorized usage of emails and agreements being signed willy nilly.

I have a hard enough time getting clients to sign the agreement without it being made more difficult for them. Oh well, what do you do…..

I assume you mean have Not heard. No surprise
