Very true. But Putin has pushed his luck under Obama/Biden with two invasions. Trump is reigniting the Presidents Ronald Reagan and George Washington doctrine “Peace through strength.” Putin (and the world) has no choice but to sit up and take notice. I am 100% certain this will affect upcoming negotiations significantly.
