I am now one of the speakers at this Berks County, Pennsylvania Chapter meeting. I will be speaking on continuing education for PA home inspectors. I will also be staying the night and be available after the meeting and the following morning to help members one-on-one with marketing.

More than 60 inspectors turned out for last night’s meeting. Tim Maue a local REALTOR did a great talk on “What a REALTOR expects from a home inspector.” Others that spoke last night include: President of NACHI Joe Hagarty, President of New Jersey NACHI Phil Hinman, NACHI Attorney Joe Ferry, NACHI Foundation Executive Director Gary Johnson, NACHI Director at Large Lorne Steiner, President of Appalacian NACHI (WV) Charles Roskovensky, Electrical Inspector Chris Kane, Marketing expert John Patania, and Berks NACHI President Fred Didyoung.
Our next Berks County NACHI Chapter meeting is being planned for March.
