Wind Mit client had an adhesive foam insulation applied. I find plenty of articles detailing the benfits of this for roof deck and SWR. But I need more details.
One Source from Florida Product Approval, said it was 110 psf.

Do you mean it was closed cell spf in a hot roof application?
Got a photo? Dependent upon what other fasteners are present you would have to mark either b or c that’s if it is the right kind of foam. I haven’t ever seen it yet, may have been applied by msfh program… does the owner have any documents?
