has anyone heard of thes people?, In was called to look at a roof these people’s insurance company used this AFS company & this guy said the roof needs replacement, my opinion is the roof is not at the end of it’s life the section these people are talking about can be repaired, grant it the roof is a older roof but has more time has anyone run across this before meaning this field service company as a reult their insurance company is going to cancel in august if roof not replaced. I’am willing to send a letter & a report to the insurance company any advice on this, thanks
Most insurance underwriters want 5 years of life remaining before they will write a new policy. If there are roof defects and the life span is under 5 years it will be hard to find someone to insure them without replacing the roof.
