Just finished watching Part 1, and I would like to say that it is excellent. Bill Mele is very knowledgeable, articulate, and an excellent presenter. In my experience, this is one of the very best, or the best class I have watched. It is far better than anything in my training course. Hats off to InterNACHI for presenting it!
