Age for Florida Heat Pump (FHP)

S/N MC005258

Water based heat pump in hi-rise condo. Seller deceased 3 yrs. Estate has no info on unit.

From literature in unit I know its 28,000 btuh

I’m guessing its a 2000 or 2005

Anybody got a better idea.

2005 according to CD Technical Reference Guide.
