I will revise my post. Insurance will always be available. Just add the cost to the product. The cost of insurance is minor compared to what Realtors and bankers make.

So no one in TX is going to get an inspection on their most expensive investment if insurance pulls out? I find this very hard to believe.

Why would insurance pull out? They’ll just raise the rates.

I wouldn’t have E&O insurance if our crooked legislature hadn’t mandated it. Just GL with Joe Ferry on retainer.
