Does Alabama require a mandated form for basic WDO inspections for real estate transactions or will the InterNACHI WDO inspection form suffice?
Do you need a license to inspect for termites in Alabama? I know in Missouri I had to get my pest license to do termite inspections. You might want to check with your state. You might need to use NPMA-33 in your state. Make sure to buy them as the free ones online are outdated. some report software has the NPMA-33 in the template, But most don’t as the license is expensive. The form is not free as it copywrited, do not download one, it will not be valid.

You dont need a license to inspect, but do to treat. But Alabama also has a mandated infestation form that is required for bank transactions that I just found out about today calling around. Now im curious if im allowed to use that form or is for licensed pest personnel only.
just contact the state agriculture dept and get your answers. They should be able to tell you all you need to know.
