ALL electrical switches, outlet, fixtures Stripped.

I am curious how you (others) might word this situation in a report. I feel like i might be understating the situation in writting. In most of rooms the live load branch wire was disconnected inside a junction box in the process, leaving the rest of the intended circuit de-energized.

Situation: A condo has been stripped of ALL outlets, switches, fixture and lights.

Are all your comments so brief? Don’t you think this should at least be referred to an electrician for further evaluation?

Which is it, both?

The sentence " In most of rooms the live load branch wire was disconnected inside a junction box in the process, leaving the rest of the intended circuit de-energized." tells me more than “A condo has been stripped of ALL outlets, switches, fixture and lights.”. Is the wiring is still there and disconnected or it is missing?

You might try something like this: “an electrical circuit is not working because it is disconnected at a junction box”.
