Personally, I wouldn’t rely on anyone knowing the zip code for an area outside of their present living area.
Heck, I have enough trouble getting the correct street name from clients/agents!
Just sayin’.
City, State is what most consumers use. The search tool seems to be working perfectly now.
When someone is in Florida and wants a house in Tucson, they may not know the zip, but they will know what state or city they are moving to.
I agree - even if they don’t know the zip code, the instructions also say to use “City and State”. I’m sure people will more generally enter the city they’re looking for, instead of entering the entire state. This is why we got rid of the old site, which was hard to search by location and ONLY operated by state.

I agree, but we want all zips to show when they select a state. And this is for all states.
