Can you have 2 neutral (aluminum wires ) under the same terminal in the main panel? I did an inspection today and this was the case. Older home, panel and wires looked fine.
The AL conductor is a much greater concern. Doubled up makes it just that much worse.
I assume you’re referring to solid AL?

Neutral wires carry current and industry standards do not allow more than one wire per terminal on the neutral bar in a panelboard.
