did a water test when i ran estimate for these folks, water came in through chute door in about 10 minutes = exterior crack (s) in chimney walls = need exterior waterproofing
had to use dynamite to get rock hard clay and roots out
here was the result of water test about 1 week ago
Pop up drains and underground ‘water management’ lolll sure okay = mushroom stuff
