Another education-based Certification. This one from the Nat. Assoc. of REALTORs.$FILE/RSPSCertApp.pdf

The National Association of REALTORs must be copying

You need a drink…

Do you mean I can be CERTIFIED to sell resorts and second homes and carry the RSPS CERTIFIED professional designation without ever having actually sold a single resort or second home???

Oh my… seems the NAR, a 100+ year old trade association with 1.3 million members has been watching the site.

Yes Nick you could be a Certified Realtor.
Many of my friends are Certified Realtors.

…oh lord…

And “Specialists” also…!..:stuck_out_tongue:

Just when you need help winning an argument, a 1.3 million man calvary comes in from the flank for you.

Hey Nick,

Do you think I might be able to sell Bentley’s without being certified? I think so, but how about changing out the clutch? Doubt anyone would turn me loose on their rig without having a bit of experience first.

I am sure nar follows the cmi discussion regularly.

Joe, schools like Inspection Depot’s, ISHI’s and ITA’s (listed in have labs with actual Bentleys in them (furnaces, roofing structures, electric panels) that the students work on. I know first hand… I’ve toured them all.

Funny you didn’t know that… did you go to school?

Ben, EXACTLY… they don’t. The fact that the 100 year old, respected, 1.3 million member trade association offered the CERTIFICATION for completing a certain amount of education without ever seeing CMI says it all.

Someone’s having a drink tonight!

Yeah, I’m having a drink now during my argument victory celebration.

Ah the sweet taste… drink not bad either.

I kinda think you might have mistakenly toured Cheech’s bong making facilities during shotgun seminar days. I have spent a whole lotta time over at ITA’s classroom and weren’t no Bentleys to be found.

Light Sabre Not Included

Stop…I’m trying to add Coleman tents and mummy sleeping bags to my website. snort
