The descripyion refers to the “bare ungrounded (neutral) conductor.” Which is wrong, while the caption at the wire calls it, correctly, the “grounded conductor.”
The last line of the description correctly notes that a 4 wire cable would be needed if the panel lacked the main disconnect but doesn’t indicate what the 4th wire would be (EGC) and that the bonding jumper would then be omitted.
Looks good to me.
