Well, that is basic enough I suppose. Other accessories could be mentioned (such as support for the expansion tank, drip pan etc). But the basics are there. For the record, I have never seen a modern water heater that looks like that one; domed cap, TPRV so near the top, water supplies so far to the edges. It looks off.
