Scam is right…
Seen that scam many times on the same site
richard smith hearing impaired hit me up on email sunday and as i type this i have charles adamshearing impaired hitting me up on text. both have given wrong sq ft on homes and after sending them the zillow listing email and text have stopped
Got the same in May and June. Twice by text and once by email.
They came from the following:

I got the same message exactly just this week. Scammers! I just ignored it after that and forwarded it to my detective buddy. He said they contact FBI but its hard to catch them because they change their ip address often. Best off just ignoring thm.
The FBI is getting involved in an email case? I have a pretty good idea on how this is going to turn out.
The best ones are the ones were they tell you they are hearing impaired and can only talk via text message. And they type in broken English!!!

This has gone on for years .
It looks to me like he must get the odd person as he keeps sending out these applications .
This forum is great it keeps reminding the newer inspector the world is not always a nice place .
Yes Ms Scott had me going through the motions then when I asked for the address it was in Bakersfield Ca a 5 hour drive. I gave sent her to another InterNachi member in Bakersfield. Sorry fellow member 
Today I got what seemed like a normal msg inquiring about an inspection, so I replied.
This is what I got back…

Not all of the requests are spam. Just did one this week that came from NACHI.
The last scammer that I screwed with mentioned that PayPal and Square “do not work with his credit card”. What are these two merchants doing that scammers do not like?
I just got my first SCAM email today from Devin Scott at devingyq@gmail.com. Below is the last email I received. The address he gave me was real.

I got it too… responded with the inspection fee will be $695+ 35% surcharge if you wish to pay with a credit card. Haven’t heard back yet. :lol:
