Another Question For Nick, Ben or Marc Cohen

Nathan,

So, essentially, you are stating that you will monitor this message board and where you believe there is opportunity to market, you will do so without abandon.

And, where you believe something is negative abut a product or service you offer (even where you are NOT asked, and the query is about a competing product or service), you will MAKE the thread about you.

And, where legal advice is provided, you will NEVER recommend following the advice of an attorney, so long as it benefits you, personally.

And above all, be sure to bash the CFP and anyone tho believes in it… because you perceive it as a threat to your livlihood.

OK. Now I understand.

Joe… Where does the ESOP stand on ‘inferred’ Racism?

No. How could I confirm that? If you have a question for them, you should ask them.

BTW: For marketing purposes, I wouldn’t lead with a warranty on my website. I’d lead with my qualifications page with your warranty as support. In that way, your warranty has a flavor of cockiness (just like Ford when they tout their 7-year, 100,000 mile power train warranty). In other words, you are so confident in your work product that you offer a warranty.

For most consumers, the word “warranty” is the opposite of “as is, so don’t complain,” but you have to present it in that manner. The best presentation to extract the most marketing benefit from offering a warranty, would be to present it on a backdrop of your qualifications, IMHO.

Yes, something like that, where it is offered as additional support of a subliminal message that says you are outrageously proud of your work product.

Don’t get me started on marketing because I’ll be up all night figuring out how to leverage warranties. But anyway, it all depends on how gorilla you want to get. Something like this is probably as far as I’d push it:

“Many of my competitors in the industry don’t yet qualify to offer warranties. I do. See why.”

Nathan, why do you insist on referring to inspectors that disagree with you as idiots, dumbasses, losers, and now monkeys. Do you realize you’re the only one on this message board that does that?

It is so unprofessional and childish it’s hard to believe you’re older than fifteen.

Your self serving opinion was not needed, but thanks for ir anyway.

I trust the opinion of Marc Cohen much more than yours or any other vendor for that matter.

Jim

Actually you are lyinmg yet again. Nick has said these warranties are "Basically Useless to the client, but may be a marketing tool for the inspector’ That is what was said, not your interpretation.

Jim

Why do you insist on always being unprofessional and calling names? Joe is Not an Idiot and Dumbas.s as you just called him. This thread was Legit and directed to the owners of Mountain and NOT to you not matter what you say.

I was and so are a few of my friends here considering the whole warranty thing again and want to know about Mountain from the owners and certainly not from you.

If you can’t handle that who cares, the world is not about you no matter what you think. I could care less what you do as I will never do biz with you asd you wouldn’t with me. That’s all cool but stop interjecting in every thread that =does not concern you and you were politely asked Not to, which Nick said to do if we wanted a vendor to stay out of our Inspector threads.

Jim

I thought you were 1 of the owners? Also I did start the thread for you Ben and Marc which I thought were all the owners. Could you please direct me to who I should ask and I will send them an email unless they will just post the answer here.

Thanks again for all the help Nick.

Jim

I understand, Excellemnt advice. Thanks once again Nick.

Jim

You didn’t seem to mind throwing the names around when you were in a pissing match the other day.
