There was also another fuse and breaker panel to the right not visible.
All panels tapped into one another and then onto others as well.
Basically anything past the main fuse disconnect had no disconnect of its own.

Lucky for me 2 panels were missing the inner covers. One I didnt bother pulling.

He asked what repairs were needed. I said a new panel.

Also most insurance companies will not insure multiple subpanels. They want them all in one in a case like this.
