Absolutely no way of shutting down the system. Typical KC Kansas home, overhead conductors to the dwelling, overhead clearance about 7 feet, no mast head, dropped from under eaves to meter can.
FPE also, not a good idea.

You will almost assuredly find that the bus bar is arced up and the breaker contacts are arced up.

Yes, this is a feeder panel so I guess the "six throw" rule doesn't apply. This was a sixth floor condo with the main disconnect in the parking structure below.
