Any update on the suit against EBPHI / NHIE

I keep reading that InterNACHI is going to sue against this test but haven’t heard anything else. Is there been any update to it?

I’ll start an update page next week like I did for HomeSafe and NAHI lawsuits. As of now, EBPHI didn’t even exist as an entity for years (they dissolved in 2012) while they administered and charged for thousands of exams. We’ve hired an expert to determine if we could successfully argue that they need to refund those millions of dollars.
