There is s a service in Canada called “Property Guys”; same principle as door.com charging a flat 5K but they up sell you with extras like a 1-800 for people to call about your house, a host for showings, lawyer / notary, etc. Typically mainstream real estate agents will not show clients these listings, as there is no money in it for them.
