AP-GfK poll: Americans value privacy over security

In all honesty a better question is… When are you not lying? I mean just yesterday in a public thread your first response to an inspector was to lie.

I mean, I mean… Things aren’t going to get too much better around here for you until you man up and face reality. Furthermore, your Momma ain’t gonna be able to get you out of this mess either, it’s all on you pal. Do the right thing for once, it’ll feel good.

No one believes you.

3 lies in your last post alone.(by way of bs questions)

You even deny that you were found guilty of multiple ethics and message board violations.

Your denial is also a lie.

It is not my integrity that is in question here.

Would you like to formally deny that you were found guilty of multiple ethics and message board rules.

Or do you intend to continue to weasel?

I’m sure any newbies would like to know.

Read carefully.

Nathan did not deny what I said.

He only denies his guilt not that he was found guilty.

The rest is BS.

Its all in the archives folks. All you have to do is look.

Very true and relevant, Joe.

As more and more home buyers who value their privacy learn that they can select specific home inspectors … some who will protect it and some who will exploit it … there will hopefully be a diminishing presence of the dishonest and crooked lead broker promoting his various scams in our midst.

Maybe Nate will let Joe F share those emails with us now.

Please don’t hold your breath.

Liars lie.

People know how to use search natey.

How about those emails?

Will you be publishing them now?

Or was that a lie too?

And liars lie to cover their lies.

All you have to do is publish the emails as you said you would.

That will clear it up for everyone who still has doubts.

How about it?

Here are just a few lies published by Thornberry in his attempts to obtain money and home buyer leads from people by falsely advertising the “approval” or legitimacy of illegitimate products …

According to the Consumer Product and Safety Commission, he published their seal of approval on one of his products that they never provided. After removing the false advertisement at their command, he put it back on his site two months later. After CPSC reporting the second infraction to their legal department, it was removed a second time and has not been replaced since. It last appeared on his website in May of last year. The CSPC also wrote that his website contains “factual errors” and suggested that “consumers use care when evaluating their services.”

According to the Missouri Board of Engineers and the South Carolina Board of Engineers, he falsely published that he was “100% compliant” by providing engineering services and training to home inspectors for them to resell to their clients and to contractors. A cease and desist order was issued by the State of South Carolina and, according to Missouri investigators, they ended their investigation after they were assured that “their language on their website has been revised” … “clarifying that they are not licensed to provide engineering services in the state of Missouri so that Missouri Home Inspectors are not mislead in the future”.

In addition to these lies that have been substantiated by third party government entities … are the lies that Thornberry publishes in response to these actions and claiming they didn’t happen, in much the same manner that he lies about the multiple charges for ethical violations that were filed against him by multiple inspectors from across the United States, for which he was found guilty and expelled by a group of unbiased and distinguished inspectors who investigated the charges.

When established liars buy and own private information about home owners … who knows how the information is used or where it ends up.

Caveat emptor.

The dishonest and crooked little punk publishes libelous statements like this throughout the message board … with the intention of causing harm to inspectors who reject his gimmicks, his lies and his dubious business model … and then cries that he is being “defamed” on a message board intended for the use of vetting vendors.

He issues threats of death, threats of “injunctions”, frivolous lawsuits and more … while spreading lies and misrepresenting his products.

This is the kid, Mr. Home Buyer, who is attempting to obtain your private information from your home inspector. Unfortunately, there are a few who are willing to sell it to him.

While you are asking questions to your prospective home inspector … along with his experience, training, and other important qualifications … demand to know if he is providing your personal information to a third party. If he is … it could be this guy.

Not all inspectors sell private information to lead brokers. You have a choice. Choose well.
