During the inspection I notice that the deck is sitting on the ledger board but no bolts were visiable. The closes post to the wall is about 5 ft. I notice 3 nails in between each of the floor joist. I check inside the crawl space and no bolts are visible, The owner told me that the city approved the deck, so I at a loss as to how it could pass without any bolts…any ideas guys…
