I have been told by other inspectors that I need 80 hours of schooling before I can be licensed in the state of Arizona. If this is true I would like to find out the fastest way to to get this done.

In AZ you need 80 hours of pre-license education from a state approved provider. You can get this from the state website.


You will also need to have taken and passed the NHIE (National Home Inspector Exam).

You will need to perform 30 inspections with another inspector that meets the states requirements. Not real clear on this, check the website.

You will need E&O or meet the financial requirements.
