Kathy this must be done by a removal company certified to test for Asbestos. Remediation is not cheap and once started must be completely removed tied in proper bags. taped and disposed of in a Dangerous Goods Plant.
I think spoor is what you follow when you’re tracking a wounded elephant. That’s what I always look for.
