I hope you are going to fix the “Ask a question” part of your site. I just tried again to ask a question and it tells me that the name, email etc is required. This is while I am logged into your system. I keep having to come here to get a message through.
When logged in my name and email automatically shows up at the “Ask A Question” page.
It works for me. Maybe it’s operator error.
Robert, I am not doubting you but here is what I do. When I am logged in to HomeGauge.com at my inspector dashboard…I click the support link. Then I click the ask a question and all is populated no captcha. Then I type test and it works. Can you tell me how you try it? maybe there is a way that is not working?
