The test button only confirms the battery, electronics, and alert system is working, it doesn’t mean the smoke sensor is working. ---

I used to use the pen but the spray is quicker. The one I use is by CRC. I press the test button first, just to confirm the battery is good. ---

Julie, not good enough! I’ll quote one of my favorite right wing commentators, this is hog wash! Vets bring a special something to the table that people whom have never served can compare with. Forget it, you would think you would appreciate the opportunity to promote vets and there association with InterNACHI. Thanks for the Q&A! I’m starting a home inspecting business. I just passed the InterNACHI exam on the first try! A general question about issues found during an inspection… Would you mind talking a little bit about when you “recommend” something be resolved at a property versus when you just point out that there’s a problem? Also, could you talk a little bit about the wording that you use in those instances?
