Does anyone every write up the fact that most attic fan thermostats are installed too high to test in tall attics? Unless the stat is reachable, then testing for function is useless.
Anyone??
I disclaim it if I can’t access the thermostat, even if it’s running. If it’s on a switch only, I write that up as undesirable.
