Attic Inspection

So I’m crawling around in this attic and I see this small access hole headed to the “South wing”. . .

It's only about 16" wide, so I poke my head through and this is what I see. . .



The drop is about 8' to the kitchen ceiling. . .



I can't stand up at this point so this is as far as I got. Kinda hard to inspect what you can't get to
