I just had a shingled roof put on my house in Rodgers Forge, Baltimore County. The work appears to have been shoddily done, to say the least. Before I finalize payment to the roofer, I would like to hire an expert to inspect the roof and let know if there are problems. If anyone can help me out with a referral, or point me in the right direction, I would be most appreciative.
