# Basement waterproofing, block walls, tree roots and stump against walls

… tree roots and stump caused exterior cracks, cracked parging block walls = leaky basement that, as usual, has some efflorescence etc on some of the blocks inside basement. NO installation of any kind of interior basement drainage system fixes, repairs, waterproofs any of the exterior cracks in basement wall NOR do the interior system co’s REMOVE these causes of the problems

outside view of some of the roots 'n stump, this job was a real pain, when we did it years ago the cost was a little over $3,000, will cost a bit more these days eh
