What year did they start requiring bath exhaust venting on interior baths for condos in the Los Angeles area?

seeing how a “condo” is a fairly new type of housing (in the scope of how long humans have lived in houses), i’d say ANY condo has to have it. either a working window or exhaust vented to the outside will do. if that’s the type of vent you mean. as to the year, i’m sure it was in place long before “condos” were. icon_cool.gif

I’m aware they’re required today. But many things are grandfathered based on when a property was built. Ergo my question regarding year code was implemented.
